Dolores reveals her plans to Carol in Sunday's Fair City on RTÉ One and the RTÉ Player.
There have been ructions in Carrigstown since it was revealed that the medical centre blundered Carol's cancer test results - and Dolores tried to cover it up.
On Sunday, Dolores approaches Carol in The Station.
"How much to shut me up this time?" asks Carol.
"I'm not here to offer you more money," Dolores replies.
"What then?" says Carol.
"I'm closing the medical centre down," says Dolores.
