The nominations for the 2025 Golden Globe Awards are being announced from 1:15pm with Irish interest across a number of categories.
Paul Mescal (Gladiator II), Cillian Murphy (Small Things Like These), and Saoirse Ronan (Blitz, The Outrun) have been tipped to be among the nominees on the film shortlists.
Fresh from its weekend success at the British Independent Film Awards, the music biopic Kneecap is expected to be among the nominees for Best Motion Picture - Foreign Language.
In the television categories, Colin Farrell (The Penguin), Ruth Negga (Presumed Innocent), and Andrew Scott (Ripley) are in contention for nominations.
The awards will take place on Sunday 5 January at the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, California.
