Weight loss medication has become big business, with demand surging in recent years for a series of injectable pens that can help tackle obesity and diabetes. But with demand rising and supply restricted, a burgeoning black market has grown alongside it.

With plenty of ideas to make Christmas the best and most memorable ever, whatever the budget, Josie has viewers covered.

Returning for a fourth season, former Detective Chief Inspector Colin Sutton revisits cases he led and explores everything from the crime itself through to the breakthrough moment when the suspect was identified and arrested.

He takes the viewer on a journey from the moment the police were called to the scene, visits key locations, and explains how he and his team managed to gather enough evidence to secure a conviction.

Sutton spent 30 years in the British police force, a career that saw him lead many of the highest profile and successful murder investigations of his generation.

Lucy Worsley's Royal Photo Album, 9.00pm, BBC Four

The very watchable Lucy Worsley (above) tells the story of the royal photograph, showing how the Royal family worked with generations of photographers to create images that reinvented the British monarchy

Along the way, she recreates the Queen's coronation portrait, and digs out some of the most photogenic outfits from the royal ceremonial dress collection.
