Anna and Dolores discovered that a locum doctor at the medical centre blundered Carol's test results - allowing the cancer time to grow.
Carol is in the dark about the error - and Dolores has made Anna manager of the medical centre in exchange for her silence.
On Tuesday, Gwen's suspicions are aroused - and she later confronts Dolores as Anna looks on.
"The medical centre had something to do with Carol being sick, right?" she says.
"The question is, how much is it worth to keep me quiet?"
