Mairéad tries to cancel a meeting with Tyler, but he reveals he has new information to share about Laura's murder in Friday's Fair City on RTÉ One and the RTÉ Player.
Tyler was released without charge after he was questioned about the murder of Damien's sister.
Damien subsequently kidnapped Tyler, but Tyler escaped.
Now, with Damien receiving treatment for a nervous breakdown, Tyler is turning the screw on Mairéad.
"What did you find?" she asks in Friday's episode.
"Maybe next time," Tyler replies.
"Do you know what? Let's meet," says Mairéad as Dean, Tommy, and Carol watch the exchange. "What time did we say? 4?"
"Yeah, we'll be here too," says Tommy.
"You're cancelling out the noise," says Tyler. "It's good."
