Rafferty introduces Ian Stapleton as the new site manager in Thursday's Fair City on RTÉ One and the RTÉ Player - and it looks like there's trouble ahead for Greg.
"You were doing so well," Ian says in the trailer for Thursday's episode when he and Greg are alone in the office.
"What do you mean?" asks Greg.
"It's just not a great way to end your trial period, is it? " Ian continues.
"Cutting and running - and Rafferty had just about made his mind up to keep you on..."
