Coldplay's Chris Martin brought Aslan on stage at Croke Park on Sunday night for an emotional tribute to Christy Dignam.
Dignam passed away in June last year after a long battle with cancer. Lee Tomkins joined the group as the new lead singer in February.
The sold-out 80,000 crowd erupted as Martin welcomed the band on stage towards the end of their third gig at the Dublin venue.

Coldplay x Aslan - Magic#ColdplayDublin, probably the best gig I've ever been to. The lads really know how to put on a show. pic.twitter.com/zC3yoHAfej

The last time I saw Coldplay was at Oxegen 2011, when they brought out Christy Moore and I thought nothing could top that until tonight when they brought out Aslan. RIP Christy Dignam. ❤️ pic.twitter.com/eLCKXdrIvG
