With excitement building for a possible Oasis reunion announcement tomorrow, here is a look back at their headline gig at Slane Castle in 2009.
The band first played Slane in 1995 as support to R.E.M. and then fourteen years later, Liam and Noel Gallagher returned as the headline act and performed to a sell-out 80,000 crowd.
The Blizzards, Glasvegas, Kasabian, and The Prodigy all played support.
Speaking to RTÉ ahead of the gig, Noel said: "It's like Wembley Stadium - when you know the legendary gigs that if you become successful enough you get to do."
Oasis kicked off their set with Rock 'N' Roll Star and over a 22-song show, they also played Lyla, The Shock of the Lightning, Cigarettes & Alcohol, The Masterplan, Wonderwall, Supersonic, Live Forever, Don't Look Back in Anger, and Champagne Supernova.
