The Big Fat Quiz of Telly, 9.00pm, Channel 4

Jimmy Carr acts as quizmaster as Babatunde Aléshé, Daisy May Cooper (below), Natasia Demetriou, Jamie Demetriou, Judi Love and Russell Howard compete to see who knows the most about television.

Charles Dance, the children of Mitchell Brook Primary School, and a host of celebrity question-setters help Jimmy to ask the big questions.

Should be a bit of a giggle.

Brian May: The Badgers, the Farmers and Me, 9.00pm, BBC Two

Queen guitarist Brian May (below) has long been a critic of the practice of culling the badger population in the UK, which is used to stop the spread the of bovine TB.

He believes the animals are being scapegoated and killed needlessly and has sponsored a research programme into the causes of the disease.

This documentary follows the rock star as he takes his case to a sceptical farming community, hoping to persuade enough of them to back his radical plans to stop the cull and help cure the cattle.

The Godfather Part II, 9.35pm, RTÉ2

Here’s the second of the legendary trilogy.

Francis Ford Coppola's Oscar-winning crime drama sequel, with Al Pacino (below), Robert De Niro, Robert Duvall, Diane Keaton, Talia Shire, John Cazale and Lee Strasberg.

Mafia don Michael Corleone sets out to clinch a make-or-break deal with an ageing gangster - but his plans are blown apart by a traitor within the family.

Michael's story is intercut with flashback sequences chronicling the early life of his father Vito, as he makes the shift from immigrant grocery-store clerk to Mob kingpin.

Our Lives: Dart City, 7.30pm, BBC One

Documentary following the fortunes of four players as they aim for a place in the final in one of the biggest darts leagues in Europe.

Paul is hoping to take his team into the final and retain their trophy and Anna attempts to make the ladies final, hoping to add another trophy to her cabinet.

Joiner Dylan aims to make his mark in Budapest and move up the European rankings and Martin Carvill is supported by wife Patricia as he refuses to let a life-limiting illness stop him playing the sport he’s loved for 50 years.

PopMaster TV, 8.00pm, Channel 4

With the celeb specials dispensed with, host Ken Bruce (below) gets down to business with the first heat of the music quiz.

Ken Bruce challenges music fans from across the country to recall facts and stats about their favourite chart toppers and beyond, from the 1950s to the present day.

In this first heat match, Sophie from Milton Keynes, Matt from Bristol, Beth from Crewe, Melanie from Beverley and Kuresh from London compete over six rounds in the hope of securing a place in the Grand Final.

Queen at the BBC, 10.00pm, BBC Four

Another chance to see this collection of TV appearances by the rock band from the station's archives, including highlights from the Montreux Pop festival in the 1980s and clips from the celebrated 1975 gig at London's Hammersmith Odeon.

Followed at 11pm by Freddie Mercury: The Final Act, a documentary exploring the last years of the Queen frontman's life, as well as following the preparations for the concert staged in his memory at Wembley Stadium on April 20, 1992.

Then at 12.30am there's Freddie Mercury: A Life in Ten Pictures, a superb documentary taking a look at his life through 10 defining photos, those who were there and who knew him best.

New to Stream

Sven, Prime Video

This is the stranger-than-fiction story about one of European football’s most unpredictable characters, Sven-Göran Eriksson – the Swedish coach who amassed 18 trophies with a variety of clubs in Sweden, Portugal and Italy.

He was also the first non-English coach of the English national team. But we won’t hold that against him.

The story is intertwined with the heart-breaking and moving reality of Sven’s terminal cancer diagnosis, which encouraged him to make the most of what time he has left.

Featuring characters from throughout his life including David Beckham, Wayne Rooney, Roberto Mancini, Kasper Schmeichel, Nancy Dell'Olio and Faria Alam.

Pachinko, Apple TV+

This US drama series is based on the 2017 novel by Min Jin Lee and follows four generations of a Korean family, starting from 1915 to 1989.

It details the living conditions and discrimination of Korean immigrants in Japanese society.

As season 2 begins, it's 1945 and just before the US begin bombing Osaka. You gotta know what's coming here . . .

Dating Naked, Paramount+

Dating Naked UK is based on the VH1 series from the US, which ran for three seasons between 2014 and 2016.

Hosted by Rylan Clark, the dating show celebrates love, body confidence and the braveness to bare all so they can get to know someone in the nip.

Fed up with the dating game and ditching the complications and constraints of the modern world, ten singletons will strip right back to basics and bare all, all in the name of finding love.
