As ever, there’ll be plenty of craic, excitement, and memorable moments in store, with Kathryn and Dáithí leading the festivities over two nights.
32 Roses will represent the Irish diaspora worldwide this year from Rose Centres across Europe, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and beyond.
Now in its 64th year, The Rose of Tralee will be available to watch for free, live and on-demand by audiences in Ireland and around the world on RTÉ Player (Desktop, Mobile and Connected TV).

The Kingdom: The World’s Most Powerful Prince, 9.00pm, BBC Two
This two-part documentary tells the story of how Mohammed bin Salman (below) went from being just one of hundreds of junior princes in Saudi Arabia to becoming heir to the throne and prime minister.
Hearing from friends, advisers, western spies, diplomats and those who had been in the inner circles of the Saudi court, this should be informative.
The first instalment explores the tension between his desire to reform one of the most conservative countries in the world and his seeming willingness to suppress opposition mercilessly.
Merseyside Detectives: The Murders of Ashley and Olivia, 9.00pm, Channel 4
Here’s a new series with a depressingly familiar theme.
The case of two people who lived within two miles of each other in Liverpool, and who were each shot in their own homes within less than two days of each other.
While the pressure built on Merseyside Police to find the gunmen, some people involved with a web of feuding organised crime groups were forced to decide whether or not to talk to the police.
We Might Regret This, 11.05pm, BBC Two
With Spent done and dusted, here’s another new comedy drama, starring Kyla Harris, Darren Boyd and Elena Saurel.
Canadian tetraplegic artist Freya moves to London to live with her partner Abe, a lawyer, along with her 24-hour live-in carer, while her PA Ty is efficient but problematic.
Things are disrupted when Freya's chaotic best friend Jo arrives for the welcome party.
Disclosure: Slavery at Sea, 11.35pm, BBC Two
The more things change, the more they stay the same.
Here, Chris Clements investigates allegations of modern slavery aboard UK fishing vessels.
He explores the stories of migrant workers who came to Britain in search of a better life, only to find hardship and misery.
He also spreads the story out to a world-wide web of exploitation which puts profit before people.

Davina McCall and Nicky Campbell present two more stories, beginning with 66-year-old Charlotte's search for the baby she gave up as a teenager.
This is a quest given greater urgency by her recent cancer diagnosis.
In the show’s other story, Jenna was donor-conceived and has got absolutely no idea what or who she might find and is seeking answers to many questions including if she has any siblings out there.
Mary Beard's Shock of the Nude, 10.00pm, BBC Four
Another chance to see this two-part BBC series from a few years ago.
The classicist examines the nude in western art and its troubling power to provoke ideas about gender, sex and moral transgression.
Mary Beard starts with a statue of Aphrodite by Praxiteles and Titian's Venus of Urbino, asking how a woman like her should respond to such artworks.
Mastermind, 7.30pm, BBC Two
Clive Myrie invites four more contestants to brave the black chair, asking questions on the specialist subjects of orchids of the British Isles, Schitt's Creek, Tom Lehrer, and Operation Mincemeat, before each is tested on their general knowledge.
