It is reported that Ben Affleck and Matt Damon are attached to star in a new crime thriller.
US entertainment trade publication Deadline reports that the film is titled RIP and is written and directed by Joe Carnahan (Narc, Smokin' Aces).
Affleck and Damon's production company Artists Equity is behind the project. It is reported that filming is planned for the autumn.
The Good Will Hunting Oscar winners most recently starred opposite each other in the Nike biopic Air, the first film produced by Artists Equity.
Affleck and Damon's company is also among the producers of the upcoming Cillian Murphy-starring adaptation of the Claire Keegan bestseller Small Things Like These.
