Stevie and Jay are at the centre of the drama in Thursday's EastEnders on RTÉ One and BBC One.
Releasing first-look photos, the BBC soap said: "Having exposed Nadine's pregnancy as fake, Stevie offers reeling Jay some sage advice and a shoulder to cry on."
