British singer-songwriter Anne-Marie has shared a first look at her newborn baby, after welcoming her first child in private.
The 33-year-old, who is best known for hit songs Alarm, Ciao Adios, 2002 and Friends, had not disclosed publicly that she was pregnant.
She confirmed the new arrival with a series of photos on Instagram, the first of which sees her embracing the baby, who is wearing a bear pramsuit teamed with white socks.
In the photo, Anne-Marie, real name Anne-Marie Nicholson, is dressed in an oversized checked shirt, and is planting a kiss on the baby's cheek.
Captioning the photo, she wrote: "2024 is my favourite year already. We have a new member of our gang.
"I know I need to tidy my wardrobe. We're having bbqs everyday that the sun is shining.
"I’m so excited for the summer shows coming up, I’ve missed you all so much. I want cuddles please."
She also dropped a hint that the baby is a girl and is named Seven, as one of the photos shows a a pink iced cake, bearing the word "Seven" on it.
The British musician will soon return to the stage her for UK tour and will play a set at Glastonbury on 28 June, before moving onto the European leg of her tour.
She is married to Grammy-nominated British rapper Slowthai, who was charged last year with two counts of rape of a woman, which he denies. He is set to face trial later this year.
