Here's a very welcome documentary delving into the heart of daily Irish life, illustrating the crucial work and lifesaving care provided by family carers, professional carers and organisations dedicated to those who need it the most.

Dublin's Diarmuid Mac Dubhglais provides food for those who are hungry,Pádraig Ó hAiniféin from Corca Dhuibhne tells of his spinal cord injury and palliative care nurse at the Galway Hospice Úna O'Kane demonstrates her work.

In Dublin, Diarmuid Mac Dubhghlais goes above and beyond to help those in need.

His organisation Éire Food Initiatives, in collaboration with Grubs Up Homeless Service, serves hot meals to those who are hungry and provides it free of charge.

In Donegal, the Ionad lae is open to provide companionship, food and engaging activities to the elderly in order to ensure that no individual feels isolated or disconnected from their community.

This centre is under the guidance of Eileen Uí Churraín and her dedicated team, together they are committed to helping individuals recognise their worth, feel connected to their community and never feel alone.

Aldi's Next Big Thing, 8.00pm, Channel 4

Cameras look on as small-scale British food and drink producers get the rare opportunity to pitch their products to Aldi executives.

It’s all a bit like Dragons’ Den.

The first batch of six suppliers pitch their products in the dinner time category. Stormzy's personal chef pitches her ready meal version of his favourite dinner.

An event caterer has a multicoloured spin on the humble burger and two sibling butchers want to bring their 'unholy trinity' of meats to the masses.

Out of six, two will be chosen to develop their products, before one is given the biggest order they've ever received. It's a genuinely life-changing opportunity.

Royal Autopsy, 9.00pm, Sky History

Professor Alice Roberts is back to lift the veil on more British monarchs in the morgue with a second season of Royal Autopsy.

Using a blend of historical and medical expertise and contemporaneous accounts and documents, she and Home Office pathologist Dr Brett Lockyer will be examining various deaths.

The include The Party King George IV, Bloody Mary Mary I, The Usurper Henry IV and The Forgotten Queen Anne to reveal how each of these monarchs truly perished.

No Place Like Home, 8.30pm, BBC Four

Here’s a re-run of a family sitcom that ran through most of the 1980s, starring William Gaunt, Patricia Garwood and a young Martin Clunes (below).

Arthur is planning a brand new, peaceful life with wife Beryl now that all their four children have flown the nest - but it's not long before trouble comes knocking.

The designers work directly with clients for the first time as they work their magic on three Swansea cafes.

With briefs ranging from 'Scandi-by-the-sea' to 'Industrial Chic', the contestants must work in pairs to come up with cohesive plans to improve the ambience and dining experience.

Ultimately, Michelle Ogundehin and guest judge Nisha Katona will determine who goes or remains in the competition.

Sort Your Life Out with Stacey Solomon, 9.00pm, BBC One

There’s a very specific reason why Stacey (below) and the team are this week helping the Wellen family declutter and reorganise their home – it's to create space for them to foster a child.

In the process the family discover 306 soft toys, 124 towels, 106 spanners and 189 out of date food items. Which an impressive haul even by hoarder standards.

Mother Shirley struggles to let go of her adopted daughters' childhood items for fear of losing precious memories and father Martin faces the same challenges, having grown up in a home where nothing was thrown away.

Carpenter Rob upcycles an old wardrobe to create almost double the storage space while Iwan gives the home a supersize spring clean.

Dilly reorganises Martin and Shirley's bedroom which has stayed the same for the last 40 years.

Unbelievable Moments Caught on Camera, 9.00pm, UTV

Roger Allam narrates as police officers rescue a mother and baby from under a car wreckage and some British farmers desperately try to locate their animals in a snow storm.
