Louis Walsh is set to speak about his friendship with Irish actor Colin Farrell in tonight's Celebrity Big Brother.
Sitting in the kitchen with fellow contestants, Coronation Street actor Colson Smith and TV presenter Fern Britton, Walsh explains, "I know him very well as he auditioned for Boyzone and he told me he wanted to be an actor. I knew him from Dublin."
Walsh goes on to say of his audition: "I said, 'You can’t sing, I can’t give you the gig’ because I knew him very well.
"And he said to me, 'Oh, I wanna be an actor’ and I said, ‘You’re wasting your f***ing time.’"
Walsh then admits that Farrell proved him wrong. "He went and he worked, no no, he worked it," with Smith commenting, "He’s amazing".
Later, the housemates open up to one another in the garden.
Smith asks music mogul Walsh what is his proudest accomplishment of his working career, with Walsh responding, "Honestly, I think I'm lucky to be still working. I think I’m lucky to have gotten a break originally with Boyzone - that started my life."
"Simon Cowell changed my life because I met him, I did so many things with him," he continued. "I think I’m just lucky to be working, that’s absolutely true, and still getting away with it!"
Celebrity Big Brother continues tonight at 9pm on Virgin Media Two and Virgin Media Player.
