Eoin McGee presents this new consumer programme, with investigators Amy Molly, Conor Pope and Siobhán Maguire.
In this opening episode Amy meets a couple who booked a luxury villa in Portugal for their wedding. Everything seemed set to go as they looked forward to the trip.
But then, on the very day they were set to depart for Portugal, all messages and communication relating to the villa vanished.

The much-loved dog show returns.
As usual, Clare Balding presents all the latest action from Crufts, live from the NEC in Birmingham.
The first groups to be judged - with the winner going through to Sunday's prestigious Best in Show final - are the Utility and Toy dogs.
Breathtaking athleticism and speed are on show in both the Agility finals for small and medium dogs and the Flyball heats, with commentary from Jim Rosenthal and Graham Partridge.
Plus, Sophie Morgan and Radzi Chinyanganya are in the heart of the NEC as the world's greatest dog show gets into full swing.

There’s a family-run business promoting its goats milk skincare range, while a duo appear with a business that could quite literally take people into space.
But will any of the dragons consider it an out-of-this-world opportunity?
The Apprentice, 9.00pm, BBC One
Alan Sugar tasks the remaining candidates to design and create a new breakfast cereal aimed at six-to-eight-year-olds to pitch and sell to industry buyers.
One team's bland recipe leaves a sour taste in potential buyers' mouths, while the other side's boring box gives its cereal a short shelf-life.
As ever, aides Karren Brady and Tim Campbell witness events on behalf of his Sugarship while later, back in the boardroom, it's toast for another candidate.
Mark Kermode’s Oscar Winners: A Secret of Cinema Special, 8.00pm, BBC Four
As the red carpet season reaches its climax with Sunday night’s Academy Awards, film critic Mark Kermode (below) looks back at past winners of the prestigious best film award.
He also celebrates some of the most memorable performances, and identifies the films that laid down the template for cinematic glory.
Kermode then looks into recurring patterns of similarities in Oscar-winning films.

American writer Holly Martins goes to post-Second World War Vienna at the invitation of his old friend Harry Lime, only to be told that Lime has been killed by a car while crossing the street.
But the author finds the circumstances surrounding Lime’s death fail to add up and goes in search of the truth - but is unprepared for the ugly secrets he uncovers.

Twenty years after creating this 'friend,’ Dean, JT, and Wes (Zac Efron, Andrew Santino, and Jermaine Fowler) still use the nonexistent Ricky as a handy alibi for their immature behaviour.
When their spouses and partners get suspicious and demand to finally meet the fabled Mr Stanicky, the guilty trio decide to hire washed-up actor and raunchy celebrity impersonator "Rock Hard" Rod (John Cena) to bring him to life.
But when Rod takes his role of a lifetime too far, they begin to wish they’d never invented Ricky in the first place.
The director is Peter Farrelly and featuring additional cast members including William H Macy, Lex Scott Davis, and Anja Savcic.
