The Hairy Bikers Go West, 7.00pm, BBC Two
Tonight’s is the first Hairy Bikers show since Dave Myers (below) died last week at the age of 66.
In this episode he and Si King are in north-west Wales, discovering a host of inspiring local producers who typify the area's rich diversify.
They meet Maggie, a Nigerian kitchen goddess whose spicy West African dishes are heating up the village of Penygroes, and Steff, whose love of travel inspired him to open his own speciality coffee shop 10 years ago.
There are also visits to farmers Matt and Jenny, who grow food by replicating the ecosystems found in the wild, and a bakery that produces Kurdish pasties.
Yep, that’s Kurdish rather than Cornish.

A look into the Metropolitan Police's investigation into the abduction, rape and murder of Sarah Everard (below), how the crime unfolded and the impact it's had on modern UK policing.
Since it was revealed the crime was committed by a serving police officer, police forces up and down the UK have been forced to confront the behaviour in their own ranks.
A major review of the Met Police revealed a culture of denial, widespread bullying, discrimination, institutional homophobia, misogyny and racism.

Inspired by the outrageous true story of Mary and Geroge Villiers, Julianne Moore, Nicholas Galitzine and Tony Curran star in this historical psychodrama about the treacherous mother and son who schemed, seduced and killed to conquer the Court of England and the bed of its king.
Prepared to stop at nothing and armed with ruthless political steel, the pair rose from humble beginnings to become the richest, mosttitled and influential players the English court had ever seen.
As major players on the world stage, the pair will need all their nous to survive, not least as they find themselves amongst the most hated figures in the country.
Meitheal Mara Chorca Dhuibhne, 7.30pm, TG4
This new series goes to the Dingle peninsula to meet the fishing community of Corca Dhuibhne, their families and community, as they carry out their work over the fishing season from March to October.
The Dingle peninsula has always had a strong reputation for its fishing culture and the sea has nourished the local population as they have passed their tradition on from generation to generation
In the first programme we meet Éamonn Ó Corcara from Bréanainn, during the last day of the oyster fishing season.
Eddie Moore and his son Cathal from Dingle are working hard refurbishing their boat, waiting patiently to return home from Limerick.
Chef, Aoife Ní Chiobháin from Na Gorta Dubha discusses her constant search for fresh local fish, and long established Iasc Uí Chatháin, have a new project in the works.

It’s Bayern Munich v Lazio (KO 8.00pm) as Darragh Maloney presents all the action from the last-16 second-leg tie at Allianz Stadium.
Ciro Immobile's penalty gave Lazio a deserved 1-0 in the first leg at Stadio Olimpico and Bayern have since announced manager Thomas Tuchel will be leaving the club at the end of the season following a poor recent run of form.
Here, the German outfit will be determined to make their experience count this evening and give Tuchel a chance of emulating his triumph in this competition three years ago with Chelsea.
