It’s the return of the show that goes through the keyhole and into the homes of those who work hard to make their gaffs look gorgeous.

The new season opens with Hugh Wallace, Amanda Bone and Sara Cosgrove celebrating an old schoolhouse in Cork belonging to Ian Humphreys and Sarah Carter.

Plus, there’s John and Kasha Connolly's eco-minded self-build in Clare, and a 1960s’ house in Dublin owned by Aoife Keogh and Tim Sparsis.

Joe Lycett vs Sewage, 9.00pm, Channel 4

Comedian and television presenter Joe Lycett, investigates the excessive quantities of untreated sewage that are discharged into the rivers and seas every day.

Travelling the UK to meet experts and people affected by the issue, Joe makes some shocking discoveries about how this has been allowed to happen and how the situation might be improved.

Then he takes the fight to the water companies in the most Joe Lycett way possible.

Sort Your Life Out with Stacey Solomon, 9.00pm, BBC One

Stacey and a team of experts return for a fourth run helping families declutter their homes, moving all their possessions into a warehouse, where they are encouraged to recycle, donate and sell items.

The team are in Redhill, Surrey where they help the Bufton family sort through their belongings only to discover they own 197 teddies, 121 old socks, 373 pieces of unopened mail and 1,239 books.

Platform 7, 10.15pm, RTÉ One

In this ITV thriller, stranded in the train station where she died, Lisa (Jasmine Jobson) is left with no memory until she witnesses a suicide on Platform 7, triggering her memories to return in fragments.

The return of her memories and the interest taken in her case by Transport Police officer Akash leads her one step closer to unraveling the mystery of her own death.

Ukraine's War: The Other Side, 10.45pm, UTV

Sean Langan journeys into the heart of Putin's war in occupied Eastern Ukraine to deliver an intimate look at the lethal reality of war.

He meets with Russian soldiers where drones loiter over trenches amid the steady barrage of artillery and rocket fire.

Sean travels through the Russian-occupied Donbas where he is greeted with suspicion and speaks with the civilians living under siege.

Ladhood, 10.50pm, RTÉ2

Here’s the third season of the BBC comedy straddling two timelines as Liam Williams explores modern-day masculinity.

When Liam's landlord ups the rent, he is forced to look for a new place to live. During his search, he is thrust back into adolescent memories of the lads' first flat share.

If Beale Street Could Talk, 11.15pm, BBC Two

Director Barry Jenkins' Oscar-winning drama, starring KiKi Layne and Stephan James.

In early 1970s Harlem, 19-year old Tish Rivers recalls the longtime relationship between her and fiancé Alonzo `Fonny" Hunt.

With a child on the way, their plans of starting a family and embracing the future are derailed when Fonny is arrested for a crime he did not commit.

Champions League Live, 7.30pm, RTÉ2

It’s a biggie as last season’s runners-up Inter host Atletico Madrid (KO 8.00pm) and Joanne Cantwell presents all the action from the last-16 first-leg tie at the magnificent San Siro.

Inter were runners-up to Manchester City last season and qualified for this stage in second place in their group, behind Real Sociedad but comfortably ahead of Benfica and Red Bull Salzburg.

Meanwhile, Atletico won four and drew two as they topped their table above Lazio, Feyenoord and Celtic. With commentary by Darragh Maloney and Ronnie Whelan.
