Singer-songwriter Dermot Kennedy has revealed his latest single, Lucky.
Announcing the new single on Instagram with a video of him in the process of writing and recording the song, he wrote, "I hope you can feel how much this one means to me. Some of my favourite lyrics I've written.
"If you're lucky enough to feel love, don’t ever take it for granted, and take care of it. Thanks for listening," he wrote.
He also posted on his Instagram story that he "poured all my heart" into the song.
The Dublin musician's singles to date include Outnumbered, Power Over Me, Giants, Better Days, Something to Someone and All My Friends.
He has released two studio albums - Without Fear (2019) and Sonder (2022).
Last week, American singer-songwriter Noah Kahan brought Kennedy onstage during his sold-out 3Arena show. The pair sang a duet of Kahan's and Hozier's track Northern Attitude.
