Dancing with the Stars professional dancer Laura Nolan has predicted the couples that will be in the final of the RTÉ One show next month.

Speaking to Jennifer Zamparelli on RTÉ 2FM on Tuesday, Nolan said she thinks Laura Fox and her professional dance partner Denys Samson, Blu Hydrangea and her professional dance partner Simone Arena, David Whelan and his professional dance partner Salome Chachua and Katja Mia and her professional dance partner Ervinas Merfeldas will compete in the final on St Patrick's Day on RTÉ One and the RTÉ Player.

"Everyone's so different, that'd be a great final," Nolan told host Zamparelli.

Nolan and her celebrity dance partner, Fair City star Shane Quigley Murphy, were eliminated from the competition last Sunday night.

"I didn't expect to be here so soon!" she laughed in the 2FM studio on Tuesday.

Nolan agreed that the celebrity contestants are "taking it very seriously this year".

"I think everyone is, like, a good level this year, so I think they all know they have a bit of a chance," she added.
