The first-look images from the upcoming fourth season of the Cork comedy hit The Young Offenders have been released.
Last March, RTÉ and the BBC announced that loveable rogues Conor (Alex Murphy) and Jock (Chris Walley) would return for a fourth series of adventures, following the hugely successful first three runs, the 2018 Christmas special and the box-office-smash feature film from 2016.
The first images from the upcoming season, which is directed by Jamie Jay Johnson, have now been unveiled.
One shows Conor and Billy Murphy (Shane Casey) peeking out of a bin, while the second shows Conor and Tony (Dominic MacHale) planting kisses on Mairéad's (Hilary Rose) cheek.

Series two and three of The Young Offenders were filmed back-to-back in 2019 and became a massive draw for audiences not only in Ireland and the UK, but across the world. The show also garnered critical acclaim for its sensitive yet hilarious storytelling and performances.
Commenting on the upcoming season last year, Peter Foott, creator of The Young Offenders, said: "We're over the moon to have been commissioned for Series 4 of the show on BBC One, and of course always grateful for the ongoing support of RTÉ.
"Audiences have been asking for more of the journeys of these characters and we're very excited to take the show in new directions for Series 4 and can't wait to bring it back to TV screens."
Head of RTÉ Comedy, Justin Healy, said: "The Young Offenders is a firm favourite with RTÉ audiences, and we are delighted to be bringing it back to screen. It's exciting to be working with the BBC once again to bring Irish talent to an international audience."
Transmission details for the new series of The Young Offenders have yet to be confirmed.
