Netflix has released the first image of Irish Wish, the new rom com starring Lindsay Lohan as a bridesmaid at a wedding in Ireland who ends up in a romantic dilemma.
The movie was filmed in Dublin, Wicklow, Westport, and Knock Airport in September and October 2022.
At the time of the film's announcement, The Western People reported that the search had begun to find an Irish Wish body double for Lohan.
The film reunites Lohan with director Janeen Damian, who was also behind the lens for her festive movie, Falling for Christmas, on Netflix in 2022. The two films make up Mean Girls star Lohan's two-picture deal with Netflix.
The synopsis for Irish Wish, which debuts on Netflix from 15 March, reads: "When the love of her life gets engaged to her best-friend, Maddie puts her feelings aside to be a bridesmaid at their wedding in Ireland.
£Days before the pair are set to marry, Maddie makes a spontaneous wish for true love, only to wake up as the bride-to-be. With her dream seeming to come true, Maddie soon realizes that her real soulmate is someone else entirely."
Irish Wish also stars Ed Speleers, Alexander Vlahos, Ayesha Curry, Elizabeth Tan, Jacinta Mulcahy and Jane Seymour.
