Pick of the Day
The Apprentice, 9.00pm, BBC One
Back for an 18th season, this reality show is great for a bit of Schadenfreude. So often, the contestants are a gloriously entertaining mix of arrogance and ineptitude.
The hunt is on for Alan Sugar's next business partner and this year's candidates kick-off proceedings in the breathtaking Scottish Highlands.
Under the watchful eye of aides Karren Brady and Tim Campbell, they are split into teams and tasked with hosting a corporate away day.
Before long, there's chaos in the kitchen and tardy tours. Back in the boardroom, one candidate is soon sent packing.
