Her father hails from Cork city - the broadcaster Liam Ó Murchú (below) - and when she meets Gearóid Ó Crualaoich there is a twist in the tale that takes her to Co Wexford.
There she learns a lot and takes a particular interest in the Father Murphy story.
She naturally ends up going back to Cork City where she learns more about the Murphy Brewery and takes a visit to the North Mons schools, where her father was educated.

It's July 1969 and everyone is giddy with nervous excitement about Apollo 11's imminent landing on the Moon.
The whole community wishes to mark this special occasion, and there is a public showing of the landing outside, using the Nonnatus House television set.

Wilderness with Simon Reeve, 9.00pm, BBC Two
This week’s episode sees Simon travels through Patagonia at the foot of the South American continent, a beautiful and rugged land of mountains, ice and endless wild grasslands.
His journey takes him up to the huge South Patagonian ice field, through the foothills of the Andes towards the great Grey Glacier of eastern Chile.
In Taibo and Jauny, Simon encounters two gauchos, the cowboys of South America, who live isolated lives in the mountains, tending their livestock and braving the storms in a simple hut for months on end.

That’s followed at 3.30pm by coverage of Tyrone v Roscommon (throw-in 3.45pm), from O'Neill’s Healy Park in Omagh, and then at 5.40pm it’s deferred coverage of Donegal v Cork in the Division Two game at Ballybofey.
