Once known as The Greenbeats, the four-piece became a household name in the 1960s thanks to a successful run of TV appearances.
In 1978 they changed their name to Full Circle and began playing the songs of Chuck Berry, Ray Charles, Elvis, The Beatles, and Jerry Lee Lewis in Dublin venues like The Sportsman's Inn, The Baggot Inn, Bad Bobs, and The Purty Loft.
The Alternative Sunday Social Club launched in 2015 and has hosted gigs by The 4 of Us, The Business, Brush Shield’s Skid Row, Trouble Pilgrims (formerly The Radiators from Space), Vulpynes, The Lookalikes, Duncan Maitland and The Outcasts.

I can't read music, my early ambition was to be an actor, I hate reading aloud.
How would you describe your music ?
Nostalgic.
Who are your musical inspirations ?
Everything on Radio Luxembourg on Monday, Wednesday and Friday nights in the 1950s.
What was the first gig you ever went to ?
Dave Kane and the Whispers, Sandycove Tennis Club in 1953.
What was the first record you ever bought?
78 RPM double A-side of Long Tall Sally/Tutti Frutti by Little Richard.
What is your favourite song right now ?
The live duet of Singing My Song For You by Ray Charles and Willie Nelson.
Favourite lyric of all time ?
In My Life - The Beatles.
