The popular health and weight loss show returns to screens tonight as five brand new leaders from all over the country take on a health and wellness plan with the aim of resetting and kick starting a new chapter in their lives.
Presented by Kathryn Thomas, an panel of industry experts will aid the leaders on their health journey, including clinical psychologist Dr Eddie Murphy, dietitian Sophie Pratt, general practitioner Dr Sumi Dunne and fitness expert Karl Henry.
This year's series is set to have a number of new initiatives, including the launch of a new national blood pressure check day on 18 January at over 1800 pharmacies across the country.
The Traitors, 9pm, BBC One
This award-winning and addictive reality TV show was a surprise hit of last year and it returns for its second season tonight on BBC One.
Claudia Winkleman presents as 22 strangers play the "ultimate reality game of detection, backstabbing and trust" at a castle in the Scottish Highlands.
Contestants must work out who are the "Traitors" and who are the "Faithful". Should the Faithful contestants eliminate all the Traitors, they will share the £120k (€138k) prize fund, but if any Traitors make it to the end, they win the money instead.
BTS Monuments: Beyond the Star, Episodes 5 & 6, Disney+
Two more episodes of this eight-part docuseries on K-pop phenomenon BTS land on Disney+ today.
Featuring never-before-seen interviews, performances and behind-the-scenes moments with band members RM, Jin, SUGA, j-hope, Jimin, V and Jung Kook, BTS Monuments: Beyond The Star promises to take audiences on "an in-depth journey across the band's ten-year career, highlighting their highs and lows for the first time ever in a captivating docuseries format."
The series will dive into personal moments from their past, including their gruelling training to get into the band in the K-pop academies, how they felt about meeting each other for the first time and how they dealt with Covid isolation.
It's just the ticket for BTS fans, who are coping with the group being on hiatus until 2025 to complete mandatory military service as well as focusing on solo projects.
