Today's picks include a film based on one of the most bonkers stories ever from the world of fashion, an action-packed Will Smith movie and a Korean horror series.
House of Gucci, BBC Two, 10.50pm
Ridley Scott's 2021 film exploring the rise and fall of the Gucci fashion empire. Set between Milan and New York, this melodrama is centred around the marriage of Maurizio Gucci and Patrizia Reggiani, who notoriously hired a hitman to have Maurizio killed in 1995.
Frothy and fun, featuring an accomplished performance from Lady Gaga as Reggiani.
Parkinson: The Final Conversation, UTV, 21:00
Another chance to see Michael Parkinson talking to David Beckham, Billy Connolly, Judi Dench and Dame Edna Everage.
This programme originally aired in 2007 but of course has special poignancy as the chat show host died earlier this year.
Gyeongseong Creature, available to stream on Netflix from today
This new Korean historical horror series hits Netflix today. In the spring of 1945, at the mysterious Ongseong Hospital in Gyeongseong, an entrepreneur and a sleuth fight for survival and face a creature born from human greed.
This series looks gritty in the extreme.
Donal Skehan: Home Cook Christmas, RTÉ One, 6.30pm
Join Donal as he packs up the family (and dog Max) to spend a few cosy days with friends for Christmas.
He'll create easy and delicious seasonal recipes that are ideal for sharing, feasting, gifting and wowing over the festive season.
Tonight's episode will see the Dublin chef demonstrate recipes for sweet spiced loaves, glazed ham with prosciutto-wrapped parsnips, finishing with spiced pear sticky toffee pudding topped by rum and maple drizzle.
Bad Boys for Life, RTE One, 9.35pm
The wife and son of a Mexican drug lord embark on a vengeful quest to kill all those involved in his trial and imprisonment - including Miami detective Mike Lowrey, played by Will Smith.
Lowrey soon teams up with cop partner Marcus Burnett, played by Martin Lawrence, to bring the culprits to justice.
This, the third film of the Bad Boys series, has old-school, wisecracking cops galore, tons of action, a daft plot and is all-round fun entertainment.
