Bernie Power, a Traveller Outreach worker, offers an account of the turmoil within the Traveller community, such as the struggle with poor mental health and the positive impact of reaching out for help.

In 1935, 13-year-old Briony Tallis discovers the burgeoning relationship between her older sister Cecilia and Robbie Turner, a servant's son whom she has a crush on herself.
The teenager becomes increasingly jealous of the pair and spitefully accuses him of a crime he did not commit, unaware her actions will have tragic repercussions.
MasterChef: The Professionals, 8.00pm, BBC One
Eight chefs have made it through to the semi-finals as this year’s competition heads towards its final servings.
For their first challenge, they must create a dish showcasing the flavours of salt and pepper.
Four of the chefs will automatically win a place in the next stage, while the others face an Invention Test where they must produce a plant-based meal to secure one of the last two places in the next round.

How the discovery of a five-day-old boy's body on a lonely Co Kerry beach in April 1984 set in train a chain of events that would bring shame on the-then conservatively minded Irish state and the Gardai.
An innocent woman, Joanna Hayes (above) was accused of murdering her child, leading to a tribunal now recognised as a witch hunt
The Couple Next Door, 9.00pm, Channel 4
Brand-new, six-part drama series that promises to be an addictive, emotional roller coaster that looks at how we never know what goes on behind closed doors.
When Evie (Eleanor Tomlinson) and Pete (Alfred Enoch) move into an upscale neighbourhood, they find themselves in a world of curtain twitching and status anxiety.
But soon find friendship in the shape of the couple next door, alpha traffic cop Danny (Sam Heughan) and his wife, glamorous yoga instructor Becka (Jessica De Gouw).
As time goes on, these two couples get increasingly close to each other and one fateful night, become sexually entangled in a way that will change their lives forever.
Julius Caesar: The Making of a Dictator, 9.00pm, BBC Two
He was a bit of a geezer, that Julius Caesar.
The rise to power of the Roman emperor, telling the dramatic story of how nearly five centuries of democracy was overthrown in just 16 years, beginning as he sought to become consul, the highest political position in Rome.
To do so, he entered into dangerous alliances and bent the rules of the republic, courting the popular vote, exploiting division and using bribery and intimidation to get his own way.
New to Stream
The Doll Factory, Paramount+
This period thriller set in Victorian London is based on the novel of the same name by Elizabeth Macneal and adapted by Charley Miles.
The cast features Esmé Creed-Miles, alongside Éanna Hardwicke, Mirren Mack, and George Webster and Derry Girls star Saoirse-Monica Jackson.
Creed-Miles plays Iris, a young woman who dreams of being an artist. Mack is her sister Rose and Webster as an aspiring painter, while Hardwicke plays Silas, a strange taxidermist who becomes dangerously obsessed with Iris.
Principal photography was shot in and around Dublin, including Trinity College's Museum Building and the Physics Lecture Theatre.
The series premieres today, with all remaining episodes released on 1 December.
