Strictly Come Dancing has announced the first three celebrities who will be taking part in its festive special on BBC One on Christmas Day.
Broadcaster Dan Snow, BBC Breakfast's Sally Nugent, and EastEnders' Jamie Borthwick, who plays Jay in the soap, will all be taking to the dancefloor in a bid to become Christmas Champion 2023.
In total, six couples will be trying to impress head judge Shirley Ballas and her colleagues Craig Revel Horwood, Motsi Mabuse, and Anton Du Beke on Christmas Day.
Snow will dance with Strictly Come Dancing professional Nadiya Bychkova.
"I am absolutely terrified about hitting the dancefloor," he admitted.

"But I love getting out of my comfort zone and I've always wanted to learn how to dance properly. So I thought it was now or never!"
Nugent will dance with Strictly professional Graziano Di Prima.
"I am thrilled and slightly terrified to be taking part in this year's Strictly Come Dancing Christmas Special," she said.
"I'm hoping the judges will be kind - and filled with Christmas spirit. And I hope everyone watching at home will enjoy a little bit of Strictly magic on Christmas night."

Borthwick has been paired with Strictly professional Nancy Xu.
"I am so excited to be joining the cast of this year's Strictly Come Dancing Christmas Special," he enthused.
"From Walford to a Waltz, I can't wait to learn a new skill and put my dancing to the test. I'm hoping to spread Christmas cheer and have a good laugh with my professional dancer... get me on that dancefloor!"

The remaining couples for this year's Christmas episode will be announced on Strictly's spin-off show, Strictly: It Takes Two, on BBC Two on Thursday 23 November at 6:30pm.
