The resurgence of Irish football continues.

This year's FAI Cup Final between Bohemians and St Patrick's Athletic (KO 3.00pm), a repeat of the 2021 decider, is expected to draw a record-breaking attendance today of more than 40,000.

Peter Collins presents all the action from the showpiece match at the Aviva Stadium, with Jon Daly’s Saints aiming to repeat their win against the Gypsies two years ago.

As for Bohs, coach Declan Devine is hoping to end the club’s 14-year drought as the last time they won the FAI Cup was in 2009, against Derry City.

Pat’s have already guaranteed themselves Europe for next year, while this is Bohs’ last chance to qualify for some continental capers.

Laura Fox continues her search for the nation's fittest family.

This week, Coaches Sonia O'Sullivan, Nina Carberry, Davy Fitzgerald and Donncha O'Callaghan train families from Cork, Louth, Carlow and Laois.

They’ll be wading through lakes, racing on paddleboards and then face-off in the water eliminator to win €15,000 and earn the title of reigning champions.

Liz Bonnin's Wild Caribbean, 9.00pm, BBC Two

Tonight Liz heads to Belize as she explores the Central American coastline, which supports an extraordinary array of wildlife and is home to some of the world's most endangered animals.

With a scientist in Cockscomb Reserve, Liz goes on the trail of a jaguar that's suspected of taking local pigs and helps a small Mayan village ward off future attacks.

Travelling on to Costa Rica, Liz meets a man who turned his father's farm into a haven for frogs that is now home to 29 species - from the blue jean strawberry dart frog to the red-eyed tree frog and ghost frog.

Bill Bailey's Australian Adventure, 9.00pm, Channel 4

In this brand-new series Bill Bailey takes off on a journey across Western Australia.

In the first episode, Bill encounters true-blue Aussie locals, animals and landscapes in Western Australia's far south.

He visits the best beach in the world and the spectacular trees of the Valley of the Giants, and then goes paddle-boarding in the chilly Southern Ocean with a former NBA star.

He also manages to discover the early stages of a secessionist movement.

Six Silent Killings: Ireland’s Vanishing Triangle, 9.00pm, Sky Documentaries

Within the space of five years in the 1990s, six young women went missing in Ireland, never to be seen again.

In the same vast area known today as Ireland’s Vanishing Triangle, Annie McCarrick (below), Josephine Dullard, Fiona Pender, Ciara Breen, Fiona Sinnott and Deirdre Jacob all disappeared without a trace.

Thirty years on from the first case, this new two-part crime series delves into the investigations prompted by the tragic disappearances of these women and the ongoing search for answers.

Featuring interviews with some of the victims’ family and friends, former detectives and investigative journalists, this harrowing series examines whether we are any closer to uncovering one of Ireland’s darkest secrets.

Crime journalist Geraldine Niland is at the heart of the story, while there’s in-depth analysis by Irish forensic scientist David Kenny, who reveals a location where bodies may be buried.

Silver Spitfire: The Longest Flight, 9.00pm, Sky History

This feature -length documentary follows a British expeditionary team’s attempt at the world’s first circumnavigation of the Earth in an 80-year-old Spitfire fighter plane.

It’s a test of human and mechanical endurance, considered by many to be impossible.

The expedition set a new Guinness World Record for the fastest circumnavigation by a single seat, single engine piston aircraft.

With a score recorded by the City of Prague Philharmonic Orchestra and featuring music by White Lies and Lily Budiasa, the film immerses viewers with breathtaking aerial views.

Lily McInerny, Jonathan Tucker and Gretchen Mol star in this very promising drama from first-time writer/director Jamie Dack.

Seventeen-year-old Lea (McInerny) spends her summer break aimlessly tanning in her backyard with her best friend, tiptoeing around her needy mother, and getting stoned with a group of boys from school.

This monotony is interrupted by a chance encounter with Tom (Tucker), an older man who promises an alternative to Lea's unsatisfying adolescent life.

But as things progress between them, red flags about Tom's life begin to surface, and Lea chooses to ignore them, and begins to see her mom as unfit and her friends as a waste of her time.

Isolated from those around her, Lea discovers Tom’s true intentions and finds herself in a situation that she never could have imagined.

A convicted child-killer of towering height and massive build is condemned to death row, but astonishes the guards with his good nature and miraculous healing powers.

They believe the gentle giant is incapable of crime, and emotions run high as they realise there is no hope of overturning his death sentence.

Family Flick

Peter Rabbit, 4.45pm, Channel 4

Fun adaptation based on Beatrix Potter's stories, starring Domhnall Gleeson and Rose Byrne, with the voices of James Corden and Margot Robbie.

A mischievous rabbit has the run of a farm and its vegetable patch when the owner unexpectedly dies.

When a relative inherits the property, he seeks to remove the rabbit and his woodland friends - but his feelings for a nature-loving woman complicate the battle of wits with the animal kingdom.
