Pick of the Day

007: Road to a Million, Prime Video

From the producers behind the James Bond movie franchise comes a reality show that’s got a Licence to Kill - a cool million.

Nine pairs of everyday people are unleashed on an epic global adventure through a series of Bond inspired challenges, for a shot at winning a life-changing £1,000,000 prize.

That’s almost enough to buy a three-bedroom semi in Dublin.

The Controller (Brian Cox from Succession, no less) is the mastermind behind the game, watching the pairs as they hunt for 10 questions he’s hidden around the world.

Don’t Miss

The Late Late Show, 9.35pm, RTÉ One

Streaming on RTÉ Player

As usual, Patrick Kielty hosts the long-running light entertainment show, featuring a mix of celebrity guests, music, in-depth interviews and discussions on the stories that have the nation talking.

The Graham Norton Show, 11.10pm, BBC One

This week garrulous Graham welcomes Grammy-winning American rapper and record producer Diddy - aka Puff Daddy - to his sofa, among other guests.

Plus, there’s music by chart stars and up-and-coming artists and another bunch of intrepid audience members willing to recount an anecdote from the dreaded red chair.

Big Brother: Live Eviction, 9.00pm, Virgin Media One/UTV/ITV1

With just one more week to go in the rebooted original reality show, things are really hotting up as the remaining contestants come closer to the end.

As another housemate will lose out on a UK-wide public vote, tensions will be heightened as another Big Brother housemate is forced out of the Orwellian compound.

Have I Got New for You, 9.00pm, BBC One

This show has been on forever and is a reliable laugh – but sometimes the guest host brings thing up a level.

This week Richard Ayoade (above) takes up the reins as host, with guest panelists comedian Jamie MacDonald and broadcaster Steph McGovern joining perennial team captains Paul Merton and Ian Hislop to poke fun at the week's headlines.

New or Returning Shows

The Last Leg, 10.00pm, Channel 4

Comedians Jon Richardson and Desiree Burch join Josh Widdicombe, Adam Hills and Alex Brooker (below) as they launch the show's 29th season.

As ever, the series offers a light-hearted review of significant moments of the past seven days, while the hashtag #isitok paves the way for the gang to round up, examine and explain the leading and most entertaining news stories of the week.

Abba Night on BBC Four

Yet another tribute to the Swedish pop legends beginning at 9pm with Agnetha: Abba and After, a documentary telling the story of Agnetha Faltskog's music career as both a member of the Swedish pop group and a successful solo singer in her own right.

That’s followed at 10pm by clips down the decades in Abba at the BBC, then there’s the BBC special Abba in Switzerland at 11pm, and finally The Joy of Abba at 11.55pm.

That documentary explores how the pop group raised the bar for their music genre in the 1970s and early 1980s, popularising the sound of Swedish melancholy.

New to Stream

The Killer, Netflix

Michael Fassbender stars in the title role in this David Fincher thriller along with Charles Parnell, Arliss Howard, Sophie Charlotte, and Tilda Swinton.

After a fateful near-miss an assassin battles his employers, and himself, on an international manhunt he insists isn't personal.

Big George Foreman, Sky Cinema & NOW

Khris Davis, Forest Whitaker, Jasmine Mathews, Sullivan Jones, Lawrence Gilliard Jr and John Magaro star in director George Tilman Jr’s biopic.

The film is based on the remarkable true story of one of the greatest comebacks of all time and the transformational power of second chances.

Fuelled by an impoverished childhood, George Foreman channeled his anger into becoming an Olympic Gold medalist and World Heavyweight Champion, followed by a near-death experience that took him from the boxing ring to the pulpit.

But when he sees his community struggling spiritually and financially, Foreman returns to the ring and makes history by reclaiming his title, becoming the oldest and most improbable World Heavyweight Boxing Champion.

Ending Today

Ghosts, 8.30pm, BBC One

The last-ever episode of the chummy supernatural comedy sees Mike and Alison receive a life-changing offer beyond their wildest dreams.

Still reeling from the news, and anxious to discuss it, they are interrupted by a heartbroken Obi, who has been suddenly dumped by a strangely callous Brenda.

Alison and Mike agree to reconvene with lists of pros and cons. At first, Obi's romantic woes find a sympathetic ear in eternally lovelorn Thomas, but even he tires of Obi's self-pity.

Meanwhile Alison must fend off the Ghosts, desperate to sway her decision.
