This is a two-part docudrama about the crimes of Irishman Kieran Kelly, who in 1983 confessed to a series of brutal murders using the London Underground's Northern Line to target victims.

Ned Dennehy plays Kelly in a dramatisation of his extraordinary confession that uses the killer's own voice from a police audio interview, with the actor lip-synching to bring to life this incredible scene of a serial killer describing his crimes.

The Help, 9.30pm, TG4

Very watchable – if rather beige - drama based on Kathryn Stockett's novel, starring Viola Davis, Bryce Dallas Howard, Emma Stone and an Oscar-winning Octavia Spencer.

An aspiring journalist returns to her Mississippi home in the 1960s and begins documenting the lives of black servants working for wealthy white families.

Her project brings the community's household staff together - but creates controversy among their employers.

Have You Seen the Mona Lisa? Arena, 11.00pm, BBC Four

Here's a chance to see this special that was first broadcast in 1981.

It takes a look beyond the smile of arguably the most famous portrait in the art world, two-and-a-half feet tall and about 50 years old, which hangs behind plate glass in the Louvre in Paris.

Painted by Leonardo Da Vinci, La Gioconda, better known as the Mona Lisa, is the most idolised and most abused woman in the history of art. But what lies behind that famous smile?

In the first edition, Donal Byrne (above) examines how and why the greater part of Irish land was originally acquired during plantations, taking a look into the archives at the National Library.

Getting Away with Murder: The Killing of Mary Gough, 9.00pm, Virgin Media One

In February, 2001, Colin Whelan called the emergency services to say that his wife Mary had fallen down the stairs at their home in coastal Dublin town of Balbriggan and needed an ambulance.

This documentary looks at the investigation into the death of Mary, following the remarkable twists and turns of the Irish police's efforts to find out what happened to her, and how the investigation eventually turned into an international manhunt.

Between the Covers, 7.00pm, BBC Two

Sara Cox returns with the series that celebrates the joy of books and reading, and is joined by guests Richard Armitage, Rob Delaney (below), Anita Rani and Jo Brand.

They all bring their favourite books to champion, and review this week's book club choices of The Seventh Son by Sebastian Faulks, and The God of Small Things by Arundhati Roy, which is the first in a selection of gems from the Booker Prize backlist.

Interview With a Killer, 10.00pm, Channel 4

Yinka Bokinni travels to New York State to investigate an infamous murder that was live-streamed on the internet in 2019, and interview the killer in the infamous Attica Prison.

It is the first time he has spoken to the media as Yinka attempts to find out why he committed the crime, why he posted it online and if he would apologise for his actions.

Yinka also speaks to those involved in the story and those who've reported on it.

The Real Manhunter, 9.00pm, Sky Crime

Back for a third season, renowned former Metropolitan Police Detective Chief Inspector Colin Sutton revisits cases he originally led.

He explores everything from the crime itself through to the breakthrough moment when the suspect was identified and arrested.

Sutton takes the viewer on a journey from the moment the police were called to the scene, visits key locations, and explains how he and his team managed to gather enough evidence to secure a conviction.
