Ireland's Fittest Family, 6.30pm, RTÉ One

It’s season 11 of this enduring series about collective endurance.

Laura Fox takes over presenting duties as the latest search for the nation's fittest families returns, with the help of coaches Davy Fitzgerald, Donncha O'Callaghan, Nina Carberry and newcomer Sonia O'Sullivan.

In the first heat, the Bonnars from Waterford, the Heaneys from Tyrone, the O'Regans from Kerry and the Noonans from Meath battle it out for two places in the next round of the competition.

The New Zealand-set thriller, starring Richard Flood and Acushla-Tara Kupe, continues.

Diana and Richter now know more about the lives that Sinead and Ronan were living, and Irish gangster Derry Fallon becomes the prime suspect.

Sinead's parents join the search on the mountain for the missing couple, but news of a violent incident causes Diana to look a little closer to home.

When Irish reporter Aileen Ryan steps over the line, she ends up alone and facing terrible consequences.

Planet Earth III, 6.20pm, BBC One

This week’s episode sees David Attenborough (below) focus on the wildlife inhabiting the world's oceans.

From the shallow seas of the tropics, where predators such as the lionfish can become the prey to one of the world's oddest hunters.

On to the greatest depths, where a massive siphonophore, longer than a blue whale, and a gulper eel with huge jaws are captured on film using specialised vessels designed to withstand the pressure.

The episode also features the mating dances of mobula rays and the symbiotic relationship between Columbus crabs and turtles.

Mamma Mia! I Have a Dream, 6.15pm, UTV/ITV1

The seven would-be Sophies take to the stage in this ABBA-tastic musical competition.

Uudges Alan Carr, Jessie Ware, Samantha Barks and Amber Riley putting them through their paces as they tackle their first acting workshop by recreating a famous scene from the film.

Plus, Zoe Ball reveals a special surprise from actress Amanda Seyfried, who starred in the Mamma Mia! movies

New or Returning Shows

Time, 9.00pm, BBC One

Second season of the prison drama, starring Jodie Whittaker, Tamara Lawrance and Bella Ramsey. Great casting there!

This time around the focus on the experiences of three female convicts who arrive at Carlingford prison on the same day.

Single mother Orla is fighting to keep her children out of care, heroin addict Kelsey is presented with a life-defining decision, and tough lifer Abi is haunted by a secret that puts her safety at risk.

Life & Soul, 10.30pm, RTÉ One

The return of the documentary series that looks at the impact of faith on people's lives, beginning with a Dublin woman who converted from Catholicism to Islam.

Lorraine O'Connor is now a devout Muslim and the founder of the Muslim Sisters of Eire, who feed hundreds of homeless people outside Dublin's GPO every Friday.

Coco, 2.05pm, BBC One

Absolutely superb, animated fantasy, with the voices of Anthony Gonzalez and Gael Garcia Bernal.

You’d have to be made of stone not to be moved by this gem about life, death and love.

A Mexican boy longs to be a guitarist, despite his family hating music.

During the Day of the Dead festivities, he gets transported to the land of the dead, and with the help of a cunning skeleton, hopes to find his ancestor and learn the secrets of his family's history.

Hotel Transylvania 2, 1.05pm, Channel 4

Channel 4 is the place to be for a spooky afternoon of fun.

Dracula is worried that his half-human grandson is not showing any vampiric tendencies, so enlists the help of his fellow monsters in showing the youngster how it is done.

The count is shocked to receive an unwelcome visit from his own father, who does not approve of his son's tolerance of humans. Animated comedy, with the voices of Adam Sandler and Andy Samberg

Followed at 2.50pm by Hotel Transylvania 3: A Monster Vacation and then at 4.45pm by Addams Family Values. Nice!

URC Live, 1.30pm, RTÉ2

It’s Benetton v Munster (KO 2pm) in the second round of fixtures, held at Stadio Monigo in Treviso, Italy.

Munster's Shane Daly in action

Munster are the reigning champions, having defeated Stormers in last season's final.

Benetton enjoyed an encouraging campaign last term, finishing in a respectable 11th place, and will look to build on that - but Munster are clear favourites here.

Sunday GAA Live, 4.20pm, RTÉ2

Damian Lawlor presents coverage of the Dublin Senior Hurling Championship from Parnell Park between Na Fianna and Ballyboden St Enda, with the throw-in at 4.25pm.

Kilmacud Crokes celebrating their 2022 win - who will succeed them?

Na Fianna are looking to go one better than in each of the past two years, when they were defeated by Kilmacud Crokes in the showpiece match on both occasions.

As for Ballyboden, their last appearance in the county final came in 2020, and that was also a losing effort against Cuala.
