In the first edition, Michelle finds out about farmers restoring peatlands as part of a new European pilot project spearheading the idea of carbon farming, while Hannah visits a Longford-based company.
This is the only firm across Europe that is completely repurposing and recycling mattresses.

This week, Maggie Molloy and Kieran McCarthy head to Roscommon to help Dublin natives Danielle and Paul Keane.
They have come to the realisation that in order to find a home for their family of five they will have to look beyond their capital county.
Maggie and Kieran look for detached properties with outside space so that the Keanes can work towards becoming self-sufficient.
Murder in the Badlands, 10.15pm, RTÉ One

This time around there's the inside story of the murder of 18-year-old German backpacker Inga Maria Hauser and contains powerful testimony from her surviving family.
In 1988, Inga's body was found at the end of a dark track within the most remote part of Ballypatrick Forest.
Meanwhile, on Ireland’s Most Evil Killers (9.00pm, Sky Crime), there’s the murder of Mary Gough by Her husband Colin Whelan, who did it for an insurance payout.
Taskmaster, 9.00pm, Channel 4
More fun and games with Taskmaster Greg Davies (below) and crew.
This week Sue Perkins makes an extraordinary noise, Julian Clary gets on his hands and knees, and Lucy Beaumont creeps everyone out.
Elsewhere, Sam Campbell proves adept at identifying colourful birds, and Susan Wokoma finds unexpected reasons to be grateful for her formal acting training.
MasterChef: The Professionals, 8.00pm, BBC One
Time for the first of this run’s quarter-finals.
The opening one sees the strongest five chefs from the first two heats return to battle it out, and the Invention Test sees them create a stand-out dish showcasing nuts.
The remaining chefs must then raise their game yet again as they face the daunting task of cooking for three of the UK's most discerning restaurant critics - Jay Rayner, Leyla Kazim and Tracey MacLeod.
Julius Caesar, 8.00pm, BBC Four
Impressive adaptation of arguably Shakespeare's most famous play, which deals with political ambition and a battle for power in ancient Rome, telling the story of cunning statesmen plotting to overthrow their ruler.
The cast list is enough to make any director or movie fan start drooling - Marlon Brando (who scored an Oscar nomination for his performance as Mark Antony), James Mason, John Gielgud, Greer Garson, Louis Calhern and Deborah Kerr are among the luminaries making an appearance.
That's followed at 10pm by The Shining, Stanley Kubrick's classic horror movie, based on the Stephen King novel, starring Jack Nicholson and Shelley Duvall.

Underdogs, 9.00pm, TG4
Club players gain the opportunity to play in the big leagues, as management look to find a squad of ambitious women to take on one of the top SSE Airtricity Women's Premier Division teams.
In this opening episode, the management team must chose a panel of over 30 players from the hundreds of potentials that applied.
Some will be chosen to go on an incredible journey, training and playing at an extremely high level, others will have to go home.

Profile of the Dudley-born actor, writer and comedian who has spent almost 50 years in the public eye.
Lenny Henry looks back at his career highlights and takes viewers on a journey from the Midlands to Middle Earth.
David Tennant, Ben Elton, Alesha Dixon, Richard Curtis, Trevor McDonald, Mo Gilligan and Whoopi Goldberg offer their insights into why he remains such a unique figure in the world of entertainment.
The Art of Film with Ian Nathan, 8.00pm, Sky Arts
Film writer Ian Nathan reviews the many layers of the world of filmmaking, exploring styles, themes, eras, genres, studios, partnerships and the sensibilities that have shaped cinema.
Speaking with filmmakers, cultural commentators, historians, authors and critics, he examines at what defines these stories, how they came to be and who were the creative forces behind them.
He begins the series with a look at the British film-making partnership of Michael Powell and Emeric Pressburger - more famously known collectively as The Archers.
He explores the unique style they brought to the string of successful - and superb - feature films through the 1940s, including The Life and Death of Colonel Blimp, Black Narcissus and The Red Shoes.
They’re probably best known for the magnificent A Matter of Life and Death.

Comedians Eddie Kadi and Guz Khan explore Ghana's capital, Accra, the exclusive millionaires' playground for the likes of Idris Elba, Naomi Campbell, Ed Sheeran (below) and Liam Payne.
