The 21-year-old released his debut EP, Butterfly Boy in 2020 and a five-track EP, DFTTYM (Don't Forget To Take Your Medicine), followed in 2021.

Tell us three things about yourself . . .

I love the rain. I sea swim every day and I work part time as a hospital attendant.

How would you describe your music?

Introspective and heartfelt.

How are your musical inspirations?

King Krule, Stevie Wonder and Queen.

What was the first gig you ever attended?

Alt-J in the 3Arena in 2017.

What was the first record you ever bought/streamed?

Queen II in my local HMV.

What your favourite song right now?

My next single Most days, which is out on 18 October.

What's your favourite song right now?

Easy, Easy by King Krule - "Oh no I should have kept my receipt, cus this sandwich I bought ye it’s been off for a week and now Tesco’s stealin’ my money". You have to hear it!

If you could only listen to one song for the rest of your life, what would it be?

My next single, Most Days!
