Bryan Adams has announced a Dublin date as part of his 2024 So Happy It Hurts tour at 3Arena in May 2024.
Tickets for the May 21 gig are priced from €71.70 including booking fees and go on sale this Friday October 13 at 9am.
He has released 17 studio albums, including four in 2022. Among them were So Happy It Hurts (which was nominated for a Grammy) and Pretty Woman - The Musical.
Adams' song writing has garnered him numerous awards and accolades including three Academy Award nominations, five Golden Globe nominations and a Grammy Award and 20 Juno Awards.
He is best known for the massive hit song (Everything I Do) I Do It for You.
Written by Adams, Michael Kamen, and Robert John "Mutt" Lange, the power ballad was the lead single for both the soundtrack album from the 1991 film Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves and Adams's sixth studio album, Waking Up the Neighbours.
The song was an enormous chart success internationally, reaching the number-one position on the music charts of at least nineteen countries. It spent sixteen consecutive weeks at number one on the UK Singles Chart
