The couple wed in 2019 and are parents to a three-year-old daughter.

Joshua Jackson and Jodie Turner-Smith have reportedly parted ways

The documents cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split.

The filing, which was obtained by the publication, lists the date of separation as 13 September.

On 7 September, Turner-Smith posted a series of photos of herself and 45-year-old Jackson at an event in New York.

The British actress, known for her roles in Queen & Slim and Anne Boleyn, also posted a series of photos from her birthday celebrations on 13 September, the reported date of separation.

Along with a carousel of photos which did not feature the Dawson's Creek actor, she wrote: "as i embark on another new year, i can't help but meditate on love and it’s many manifestations….

"love is not some lofty unattainable thing. love is a gesture, a look, an intention.
love is community.
love is showing up."

Neither party has yet commented publicly on the reports of their break-up.

Turner-Smith and Jackson began dating in 2018 and married in late 2019.

They welcomed their daughter, Juno Rose Diana Jackson, on 13 April 2020.

This was the first marriage for both actors. Jackson was previously in a long-term romance with actress Diane Kruger. They parted ways in 2016 after a decade-long relationship.
