Dublin-based rock band Brake Loose have released their new single, Rebel Rebel (Evil Like The Devil). We asked front man Alejandro Murillo the BIG questions . . .
Brake Loose are frontman Murillo, guitarist David O'Grady, bassist Juanjo Pulpeiro and drummer Dylan Martin.
Speaking about the new track, they say, "Honestly, it is so captivating for us to play this song live and see everyone sing the chorus like a mad energetic choir.

We are four passionate, obsessive and hardworking down to earth musicians based in Dublin, Ireland.
How would you describe your music?
Modern and catchy energetic rock music with poetic lyrics and a frenetic gothic touch.
Who are your musical inspirations?
The Doors, HIM, Billy Idol, Nine Inch Nails, The Cult, Danzig, Type O Negative, Velvet Revolver, Marilyn Manson, Alice In Chains, INXS, Motley Crüe, Stone Temple Pilots, Rob Zombie and Aerosmith.
What was the first gig you ever went to?
Metallica in Caracas on 4 May 1999.
What was the first record you ever bought?
I think it was either Supernatural by Santana or if not The Very Best of The Doors.
What’s your favourite song right now?
Our song Rebel Rebel (Evil Like The Devil), can’t get it out of my head.
Favourite lyric of all time?
"Cancel my subscription to the resurrection" - When The Music’s Over by The Doors.
If you could only listen to one song for the rest of your life, what would it be?
That’s such a hard question. Elton John is the god of modern pop music so it will probably be one of his songs. Let’s say Your Song, I could definitely hear that for the rest of my life.
