Waterford singer Moncrieff gave a rousing performance on Friday night's Late Late Show of his new single Love Somebody.

The artist won the RTÉ Choice Music Prize for Song of the Year in March for Warm, beating off competition from acts including Fontaines D.C, Dermot Kennedy, Cian Ducrot and CMAT.

Moncrieff moved to London to pursue his career as a musician at 19 and was described as "one to watch" by Elton John.

He embarks on a European tour in November and December and you can check out his Late Late performance below, where he was joined by ten members of the The Discovery Gospel Choir.
