Organisers of the Electric Picnic festival in Stradbally, Co Laois have announced that tickets for the 2024 edition have already sold out, with the three-day event set to move from its traditional September slot to a new August weekend.
Electric Picnic 2024 will take place from Friday 16 to Sunday 18 August.
The festival will also have an increased capacity of 5,000.
"Loyalty tickets and general admission tickets for Electric Picnic 2024 went on sale on Ticketmaster this morning at 9am," said organisers.
"Tickets for next year's event were snapped up in under an hour by Electric Picnic fans. All general admission, family camping and campervan and loyalty tickets are now sold out."
The news comes after the success - musical, meteorological, and otherwise - of last weekend's 2023 edition.
