Bake Off: The Professionals - The Final, 8.00pm, Channel 4
Ellie Taylor (below) and Liam Charles welcome the remaining three teams to a 1920s-themed grand finale.
As always, they face two days of testing challenges judged by world-class pâtissier experts Benoit Blin and Cherish Finden.
The teams pour all their patisserie passion and expertise into their first challenge, to create a dessert trolley adorned with three delicious sharing desserts - a chiffon pie, a decadent jelly and a baked Alaska.
And for their last-ever challenge, the teams are given seven hours to create a stunning banquet display, reflecting the opulence of the 1920s, with enough desserts to feed 80 people.

Real Housewife of Beverley Hills Dorit Kemsley has flown over to join the music legend in the judging of the house tours and after some tough feedback, the first contestant is asked to leave the competition.

Here’s an acclaimed comedy drama series, starring Jean Smart (who's won a pile of awards for her performances here), Hannah Einbinder and Carl Clemons-Hopkins, that’s well worth a look.
Legendary Vegas comedian Deborah Vance is in danger of losing her residency. Meanwhile in LA, young, entitled writer Ava is desperate for a job.
Their mutual manager Jimmy sets them up on a meeting, much to their chagrin.
The National Television Awards 2023, 8.00pm, UTV
Joel Dommett hosts the 28th edition of the ceremony, as stars and fans gather for one of the biggest nights in British TV, broadcast from The O2 in London.
The big names in contention this year include Happy Valley stars Sarah Lancashire (above) and James Norton, Alison Hammond, moneysaving maestro Martin Lewis, Graham Norton, Piers Morgan, Louis Theroux and Scottish superstar Lewis Capaldi.
Paul O'Grady will also receive a posthumous nomination for the final season of For the Love of Dogs, as will Deborah James for her powerful documentary, Bowelbabe in Her Own Words.

Season 28 of TG4’s celebrated soap begins and it’s going to be a pulsating return with John Joe Daly’s house on fire and he and two of his sons are inside as the fire rages.
Will there be any survivors or are the Daly men wiped out?
From the Daly family being on the verge of wipe out to dirty Garda Diana literally taking Mack by the hand and leading him to confess to a crime he has committed to murder in the village of secrets, Ros na Rún, script writers are delivering more pulsating stories.

Here’s an HBO (later Starz) comedy set in the 1970s, starring Ophelia Lovibond and Michael Angarano.
After a fateful meeting with low-rent publisher Doug Renetti, self-proclaimed feminist Joyce Prigger finally gets a shot at creating the magazine of her dreams.
