Simple Minds are set to play Dublin's 3Arena and the SSE Arena in Belfast next March as part of a new world tour.
The band, fronted by Jim Kerr, will take to the stage in Dublin on 18 March, and Belfast on 19 March.
Speaking about their new tour Kerr said: "Concerts are the lifeblood of Simple Minds, it's where we and our audience come alive and energised through music.
"Four decades on from when we first set out, this global tour will demonstrate that Simple Minds are still alive and kicking!"

The Promised You a Miracle band formed in the 70s and were named after the lyric 'so simple minded' from David Bowie's seminal 1972 single The Jean Genie. They have sold over 60 million albums worldwide.

The UK and Ireland leg of the Scottish band's tour will begin at Leeds First Direct Arena on 15 March.
Tickets go on sale on Thursday 8 September at 9am from usual outlets.
