At the height of the conflict in Northern Ireland, Gerry Conlon and three other completely innocent Irishmen were wrongly convicted of two IRA pub bombings in the English town of Guildford.

It was one of the greatest miscarriages of justice in British history.

In this documentary, the human rights activist shares his story of 15 years in prison and life after he was released in 1989 when the conviction was overturned.

He speaks about the biopic In the Name of the Father, depression, drug use and how he found meaning in life by fighting for others in similar cases of miscarriages of justice.

The multi award-winning series concludes its 13th season with stories that will have a resonance for many Irish viewers.

With help from a team of trained intermediaries, DNA experts and investigators, Nicky Campbell and Davina McCall (below) find people who previously couldn't be traced and answer questions that have haunted entire lives.

In this False Identities special episode of Long Lost Family, they follow the stories of two men - Arthur Fitzharris and Bernard McGrath - both of them born in Ireland to unmarried mothers.

This was at a time when having children outside of marriage was seen as sinful, and the Catholic Church went to great lengths to cover it up.

Realising that foster and adoptive parents were recorded falsely as biological parents on their birth certificates both men have been struggling for decades to find out who they are.

Panorama, 8.00pm, BBC One

In an episode entitled Beyond Human: Artificial Intelligence and Us, Lara Lewington speaks to some of the so-called godfathers of artificial intelligence.

They talk about their hopes and fears for the future of a technology many believe could pose an existential threat to the human race.

She also talks to researchers developing technology that allows computers to read human emotions and thoughts.

Here’s the penultimate episode of this quirky drama.

A creepy gift from Penderecki sets Jack off in a new direction. He negotiates with the Walking Man for more information, but he won't budge until Jack has found Bear's home.

He then warns Jack of people in the woods who don't take kindly to police.

Meanwhile Honey takes control of his predicament following a visit from the police, only to find it is too late and that his troubles are only just beginning.

Chris Packham (above) explores how dramatic twists in Earth's story enabled humans to go from being part of nature to controlling it and what can be learnt from this epic tale before it's too late.

Fact-based drama, starring Josh Brolin, Jennifer Connelly and Andie MacDowell. Directed by Joseph Kosinski, whose cinematic CV includes Tron: Legacy and Top Gun: Maverick.

Eric Marsh, the superintendent of a group of elite firefighters, is pushed to his limit when he and his crew tackle a historic wildfire.

New or Returning Shows

Code Blue: The Killing of June Fox-Roberts, 10.15pm, Virgin Media One

Two-part documentary revealing how UK detectives solved two murders - from the first `Code Blue' call to the crime scene, through to the convictions of the killers.

In the first part, a 999 call from a distraught daughter launches a murder investigation to find the brutal killer of a beloved grandmother, June Fox-Roberts.

With access to the South Wales Police's Major Crimes Unit, detectives try to identify the killer through CCTV footage in the hours before and after June's death.

World's Weirdest Homes, 8.00pm, RTÉ2

Charlie Luxton meets people who live in unusual residences, including a group of scientists pretending they live on Mars and a billionaire YouTube celebrity with his own zoo.

The Sky at Night, 10.00pm, BBC Four

The long-running astronomy series returns for its monthly look at the stars with an episode called Black Holes: Searching for the Unknown.

It's an investigation into the science of black holes and the techniques being used to uncover their secrets, which in turn help to answer even bigger questions about the universe.

The Unique Boutique, 11.05pm, Channel 4

The final customers of the series are a record-breaking climber who wants comfortable clothing tailored to her arm length, a woman planning an unconventional wedding who wants a jumpsuit suitable fort dancing in, and a man who has been turned away by bespoke tailors for years.
