I Wanna Dance with Somebody, 8.00pm, Sky Cinema Premiere

This biopic promises to be a powerful and triumphant celebration of the incomparable Whitney Houston.

It’s directed by Kasi Lemmons, written by Anthony McCarten, produced by legendary music executive Clive Davis and starring BAFTA Award winner Naomi Ackie.

The film is a no-holds-barred portrait of the complex and multifaceted woman behind The Voice.

It’s written by and starring Sian Gibson, with Conleth Hill, Rosie Cavaliero, George Costigan, Sheila Reid and Jason Barnett.

Martin Parker has the ambition of Alan Sugar and the swagger of Robert Kilroy Silk. What a mix, eh?

With a chain of electrical stores bearing his name, he seems to have it all.

But the truth is he swimming in debt, his complicated private life is catching up with him and he's starting to lose his power.

Reframed: Marilyn Monroe, 9.00pm, BBC Two

Documentary series examining the life of the actress who remains one of the ultimate Hollywood icons more than 60 years after her death.

beginning as aspiring star Norma Jeane Baker attends an audition at 20th Century Fox, where the head of casting suggests she change her name to Marilyn Monroe.

After connecting with Joseph Schenck, Marilyn is able to get a job at Columbia Pictures, where she receives her first starring role. Narrated by Jessica Chastain
