Some landlords are seeking sexual favours from prospective tenants in exchange for reduced reduced rates or in other cases free accommodation.

Pint-sized Chihuahua Dexter has been snapping at his owner Sean whenever he tries to get some alone time with his girlfriend Charlotte.
Wonder, a blind dog, exhibits extreme anxiety whenever he finds himself in unfamiliar places.
With stressed-out owner Ben in tow, trainers Sean and Kamal have their hands full straightening things out.
The Supervet, 9.00pm, Channel 4
A five-year-old Bedlington terrier, who has suffered a broken front leg three times in the last four years, is referred to Noel Fitzpatrick (below, left) with another fracture in her leg.
Elsewhere, beloved fox red Labrador Jethro has arthritic elbows, which have left him unable to walk properly and are causing him great pain.
Noel uses a tiny camera to take a closer look at the joint damage and determine the best course of action.

David Harewood on Blackface, 9.00pm, BBC Two
British actor David Harewood continues to impress as a broadcaster and here investigates the roots of minstrelsy, a strange, increasingly problematic (though not for a long time), cultural form.
It eventually paved the way for The Black and White Minstrel Show, which, at its peak, was watched by a Saturday night BBC TV audience of more than 20 million people.
Harewood looks at the effect the series had on his own career and that of fellow actors.

As the latest season comes to an end, English actress Lesley Manville researches her family tree.
So far as her mother's side is concerned, by delving deep into Brighton's local archives, Lesley uncovers a complex story of wartime separation, adultery and the inaccessibility of divorce.
Tracing back her father's line sees Lesley trying to solve what happened to her ancestor Aaron Harding.
A widower with a large family to feed, Aaron protested poor conditions and pay as an agricultural worker in 1830 - a protest that would become known as the Swing Riots.
He was arrested and subsequently transported to Australia.
