British pop group S Club are to release their first single in 20 years on 26 July.

The track is called These Are The Days, with the accompanying music video set to pay tribute to late band member Paul Cattermole, who died in April.

The single is set to mark the British group's 25th anniversary and a sold out 15-date arena tour planned for autumn 2023, including a date at Dublin's 3Arena on 16 October.

The tour was renamed as S Club: The Good Times Tour, as a tribute to Cattermole, as Good Times was a track on which he sang lead vocals.

The band now comprises of five members: Tina Barrett, Jon Lee, Bradley McIntosh, Jo O'Meara and Rachel Stevens.

Hannah Spearritt, who was in a relationship with Cattermole for several years, decided not to participate in the group's upcoming tour after Cattermole's death. A coroner's report found that Cattermole died of natural causes.

The band enjoyed huge success in the late 90s and early 2000s with singles including Bring It All Back, Don't Stop Movin' and Reach.

They had four number one singles in the UK as well as selling over 10 million albums worldwide.
