The Road Down Under, 9.35pm, RTÉ One Streaming on RTÉ Player

On the eve of their debut at the Women's World Cup 2023, the Ireland Women's National Team will be the focus of an exclusive documentary that will be aired on RTÉ One.

Created by award-winning filmmaker Ross Whitaker, the film charts the team's journey through qualifying for their first ever major tournament.

Featuring interviews with Manager Vera Pauw, captain Katie McCabe and several members of the history-making squad, viewers will get a real insight into how the team achieved what they did and what it means to them.

The film also details the rise of the WNT and how they have grown stronger by overcoming many obstacles. Ultimately, though, it is about the road to the World Cup and the impact of an incredible team.

Scheduled to be aired on RTÉ One at 21:35 on Wednesday, July 19, it will be the perfect way to get ready for the WNT debut in the World Cup against co-hosts Australia the following day.

The Great British Sewing Bee, 9.00pm, BBC One

The remaining sewers work with utilitarian clothing to make unique garments for a chance to make it to the final.

They begin by making a trench coat out of an old military uniform and go on to make a garment of their own choice from cleaning products, including cloths, rubber gloves and mop heads.

In the made-to-measure challenge, the semi-finalists take boiler suits and fit them perfectly to their models.

Death on the Tyne, 9.00pm, BBC Two

Johnny Vegas, Sian Gibson, Sheila Reid, Sue Johnston, Georgie Glen, James Fleet, Felicity Montagu and Doon Mackichan are among the all-star cast.

The comedy mystery follows on from Murder on the Blackpool Express, focusing this time on an eventful and bloody overnight ferry trip from Newcastle to Amsterdam.

During the turbulent journey, the passengers and crew begin to get bumped off one by one in grisly circumstances, and everyone seems to have a motive for murder.

Iniúchadh TG4, 9.30pm, TG4

The impact of world events has thrown Ireland's neutrality policy into the spotlight.

Here, Kevin Magee investigates what Irish neutrality really means at present and in the future. Is Irish neutrality likely to change and is the country able to defend itself in the modern era?

Meanwhile, Christine enlists the help of fellow sales brokers Tessa and Amy to help close a deal on a Grade I listed Georgian townhouse in Bath and a modern country home just outside Henley.

In London, Aoife has secured the listing for a new development of 15 apartments in Bayswater with a combined potential sales value of £65million and Natalie thinks she might have found the first sale.

Rob & Romesh v K-Pop, 9.00pm, Sky Max

Rob Beckett and Romesh Ranganathan are back for a fifth season and gearing themselves up to face four more hilarious challenges.

They’re not holding back with the challenges this year, as the pair begin their new set of trials with an introduction to the global music sensation that is K-Pop.

Starting their journey at a sold out NCT Dream gig at Wembley Arena, the boys then head to Korea to learn all about the world’s biggest music phenomenon.

The lads will master their dancing skills and work on their looks all ahead of performing on Korea's hotspot for Wannabe K-pop acts - Hongdae Street.

Untold: Men for Sale - Life of a Male Escort, 12.00am, Channel 4

Filmmaker Ben Zand meets three male escorts who offer very different services to a variety of clients to find out the true nature of the profession.

Tom, 21, says he just does the job for fun and only charges £15 per hour, while Rueben is offering a more high-end experience where a single booking can cost hundreds or even thousands of pounds.

Then there’s Danny, a straight man, who offers a `gay-for-pay' service.

Ben also tries his luck at a top agency to see if he could theoretically be one of the men who their female clients.

Back for a second season, expect a much different story this time around.

Once again it follows Carmen 'Carmy’ Berzatto, Sydney Adamu and Richard ‘Richie’ Jerimovich as they work to transform their grimy sandwich joint into a next-level spot.

As they strip the restaurant down to its bones, the crew undertake transformational journeys of their own, each forced to confront the past and reckon with who they want to be in the future.

In Season 3, Dave (series co-creator Dave Burd aka Lil Dicky) is headlining his first-ever tour and looking for love along the way.

But as he and the gang crisscross America, they discover firsthand how diverse the cultural landscape of the United States really is – and how often fame puts pressure on love and friendship.

The Deepest Breath, Netflix

This documentary film was directed and written by Laura McGann and profiles Italian freediver Alessia Zecchini on her quest to break a world record with the help of safety diver, Irishman Stephen Keenan.
