Ken Bruce's radio item turned hit TV show has been a real treat for pop trivia fans over the past few weeks and tonight we have reached the grand final for Britain’s finest music brain and trainspotter. The winners of each of this week's episodes return for the ultimate test and the ever-amiable Bruce lobs the pop curveballs. Great fun.

Murder in the Badlands, BBC One, 10.40pm

This deeply sobering and disturbing series examines the stories behind the unsolved murders of four women across four decades in Northern Ireland. Tonight, the series looks at the inside story of the murder of 18-year-old German backpacker Inga Maria Hauser in Ballypatrick Forest Park in 1988, containing powerful testimony from her surviving family.

Gods of Tennis, BBC Two, 11.45pm

It’s 1990, and Martina Navratilova - Czech-born but representing the USA - has the chance to become the most decorated singles player in Wimbledon history. In comparison, her famous rival Chris Evert is America’s sweetheart. Evert is heralded as the perfect celebrity athlete, pigeonholed based on her looks, but she is Navratilova’s most formidable opponent, with a reputation for incredible mental toughness. This episode tells the story of their intense rivalry, but at the heart of the story is Navratilova’s search for acceptance - which culminates in an ambition to become the greatest player to ever grace Centre Court.

The documentary military thriller revealing the inside story of the perilous British campaign to evacuate Kabul in 2021 - including top-to-bottom access to the UK Ministry of Defence. In tonight’s episode, British soldiers come face to face with the enemy, but with the Taliban now in control of the country, they're forced to work together to control the crowds.

Science's Greatest Mysteries, RTÉ Two, 7.00pm

Here’s one straight out of the Indiana Jones playbook. Why was a dagger made with iron from space found with the mummy of Tutankhamun? In 1925, explorer Howard Carter miraculously discovered the tomb of Egyptian pharaoh Tutankhamun. Amongst the many treasures that were unearthed were a 12 pair of daggers lodged within the burial wrappings of the teenage king. Researchers were shocked to find that the daggers appeared to be made from iron that came from space. But how did these ancient people achieve this?
