On their tour of the Rebel County, the trio of Sky Sports pundits pay a visit to Roy’s boyhood clubs - Rockmount AFC and Cobh Ramblers - and his home town of Mayfield.
The series debut also includes a trip to Blarney Castle to kiss the legendary Blarney Stone, meet-and-greets with local sporting legends and hurling in Croke Park before taking to the stage at Dublin’s 3 Arena for a sold-out show.
Speaking about filming in Ireland, Gary Neville said: "It was very special to go to Cork with Roy, we visited his two boyhood teams Cobh Ramblers and Rockmount and even went to kiss the Blarney Stone."

Faraway Fields, 9.35pm, RTÉ One
Streaming on RTÉ Player
Episode Two follows Eveline Gill as she swaps her comfort zone - a small tillage farm on the outskirts of Birr, county Offaly - for the rigours of a Vietnamese rice terrace.
For Eveline, a farming consultant who operates at the cutting edge of modern agricultural science and is an advocate for all things organic, this is an awakening in a mountainous backwater where farming techniques have been unchanged for centuries.
Her destination is Nam Tang, a tribal village perched precariously in the northern highlands, and inhabited by the La Chi minority.
The sweeping plains of the Irish midlands, where Eveline plants and grows oats, offer little preparation for this way of life: in a village clinging to the side of a mountain, landslides are a daily hazard.
Eveline discovers that soaring temperatures across Southeast Asia are making an already hostile environment even more difficult to work in.
The Repair Shop, 8.00pm, BBC One
First into the Repair Shop is Alison who brings with her an 1890s ventriloquist's puppet called George.

Organ-restorer David Burville brings Kirsten Ramsay and the teddy bear ladies to help restore George to his former glory.
Lewys from Wales brings in a brass cornet dating back to 1897 that has passed through generations of his family.
What once filled his home with music is now completely unplayable, instrument expert Pete Woods gets to work.
Nick from Somerset brings in the broken remains of a Roman-style chair that belonged to his late father Richard for upholsterer Sonnaz Nooranvary to repair.
Book-restorer Chris Shaw is tasked with fixing up a notebook that once belonged to Kat's grandmother Mildred in the 1940s.

The pair then head to the Lingholm Estate to stay in a unique boathouse that floats over a wild and stormy Derwentwater and go for a very choppy boat ride.
The adventure concludes on the banks of Windermere in Grey Gables where Sandi and Judi unwind with some wine-time and homemade watercolour postcards.
