Match of the Day Live: The FA Cup, 1.50pm, BBC One

For the first time in the competition’s history, Manchester City face Manchester United in the FA Cup Final at Wembley (Kick-off 3.00pm).

Gary Lineker presents coverage of the final, as the local rivals battle it out for the prestigious trophy which, for a long time, was considered more prestigious than the league title.

City won 6-3 when the Mancunian neighbours met in the league in October at Etihad Stadium, but United gained a measure of revenge with a 2-1 victory at Old Trafford three months later.

Today’s coverage comes with analysis from Alan Shearer, Micah Richards and Peter Schmeichel.
